We were in a bind, needing builders risk coverage added to our homeowner's so we could build a garage. Our old insurance wouldn't add it to an existing policy, and the garage builder wanted to get started. Unruh was able to get us better homeowner's coverage for roughly what we were paying before - including covering builder's risk during construction of the garage. While working on that, we were able to get new auto insurance equal to the coverage we had before at a substantial savings. All of this happened very quickly, and construction of our garage was able to start on time.
